Customer Call Center Representative

Full-time, Part-time Position Available
Salary: $13.00 /hour

As a Customer Call Center Specialist, your primary responsibility is to provide top-notch service to our guests by answering questions, making reservations, and creating a positive experience for each guest, before and after they arrive. A great candidate will be polite, ambitious, and adaptable with an easygoing personality.

  • Shifts range from
  • 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
  • 10:00 am- 5:30 pm

Flexibility is a must. Weekends are required

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Answering and making telephone calls and emails in a professional manner

· Employ active listening strategies to establish a bond with each guest

· Help customers with questions regarding anything from the start to the end of their vacation

· Promptly follow up with guest inquiry leads by phone and email for second-chance bookings

· Assist guests by finding the best reservations and packages available

· Meet guest needs in a timely manner

· Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers

· Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and inventory

· Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Ideal candidates will have the following:

· Possess a positive and upbeat attitude at all times

· Professional customer service nature

· Excellent communication skills

· Basic computer proficiency

· Basic reading comprehension and writing skills

· 1+ years of customer service experience

· Data entry experience preferred

· Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail

· Flexibility in work schedule with working weekends, evenings, and holidays (as required) is mandatory

Front Desk Agent

Full-time, Part-time

Cooke Realty Vacations is a locally owned vacation rental management company looking for new members to add to our Front Desk team! Ideal candidates are patient, friendly, organized, and exceptional communicators.

Our Front Desk team provides customer service for vacationing guests.

As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for making sure our guests always have a positive experience during their stay with Cooke Vacations. Regular tasks include checking guests in and out, preparing for arrivals and departures, orienting guests to their vacation rental homes, and communicating with other departments to meet our customer’s needs. Housekeeping Quality Control Inspector

Part-time 
Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour 

Cooke vacations, an industry leader in Vacation Rentals on the Carolina coast is seeking talented, driven people to join our Housekeeping Quality Control Team! If you are a high energy individual with strict attention to detail, look no further!!

We currently manage luxury homes and condos along the beach.

Cooke  Vacations is searching for the brightest and the best Quality Control Inspectors out there! The inspectors are responsible for the overall cleanliness and visual presentation of all our rental properties, and the very last set of eyes prior to a guest’s arrival.

Must be able to:

· Multitask efficiently

· Perform detailed cleanliness inspections.

· Follow all instructions and communicate clearly to management

· Report and document all maintenance issues

· Use required phone app systems to communicate images and messages

· Work closely with cleaners to ensure Cooke Vacations STANDARDS are met

· Must be able to and have the DESIRE to work with others!

· Perform all tasks required in the laundry, such as making bags, ensuring the accuracy of linen counts, amenity bag prep, and cleaning of surroundings

· Ideal candidates must have reliable transportation

· Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs. on a consistent basis

· Weekends are required.
